Hi Bearspaw Preschool Families,

Welcome to your school photo viewing page. It was another super fun photo day! It’s always my pleasure to capture your kids! I can’t believe how some of them have grown!

You will find a link to the your galleries below. The folders are organized by class. Click on your class folder and will find your child’s images. You can order prints and digital files directly from your gallery.

In the few minutes that I had with each child, some are more willing and ready to give me a variety of expressions and some are more reserved. All the galleries turned out beautifully and but this is why some kids will have more photos in their gallery than others.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

All students will receive a complimentary 5×7 homeroom class photo. They will be delivered to your classroom teacher approximately 3 weeks after the ordering deadline. Please note that class photos will be delivered separately from print order. Digital files will be delivered to your email and available immediately for download.To 

All students will receive a complimentary 5×7 class photo. For additional copies and sizes, please visit the classroom photo gallery (please see link above). Please note, only printed copies are available for purchase.

    • For access to the full price list, including digital files, please click an image in your gallery, and choose “buy photo” (black button in the right hand corner). Click on the category of products that interests you. For example, if you want to purchase all digital files, click on “digitals” and instead of choosing single image, choose “all photos in album”. If you do not see that option, please ensure that you are ordering from your main gallery and not from your favourites list.

    • When ordering prints and print collections, please note that some are for single pose/images only and some are mix-and-match packages.
    • To purchase all the digital images in your gallery, choose any image and then choose the full digital gallery option.
    • Receive 5% off your cart on purchases $90-$159 and another 10% off your cart on purchases over $160.
    • Digital files are high resolution and will not have the watermark. After checking out, your files will be sent to your email right away. Please remember to download the files onto your computer and not your phone. The email link will expire and having the link is not the same as having the files. Please remember to download your files right away.
    • When printing your images, please add a note that says something like, “no colour correction required” or “please print as is” as I’ve already done the colour adjustments.

There are built in discounts for large orders and families with multiple children. These discounts are automatic and no code is required.

Yes! Prints and digitals are available for purchase until December 15, 2024. Orders past the initial due date will be mail directly to your home so shipping ($9.99) will apply. No shipping will apply on digital orders.

To avoid shipping fees, please place your order prior to the first ordering deadline. 

No, after the gallery closes, links are no longer active and downloads will not be available. Please ensure that you download your digital files as soon as you receive your download link.

An email with a download link will be emailed to you immediately upon receiving your order. Please check your junk/spam folder. If you do not see it, please contact us at info@bestdayseverphotography.com

Watermarks are there for security reasons only. There will be no watermark on digital and printed purchased items.

Please be kind and do not take screenshots of photos before purchasing them.

Our time with each student is limited but our team does our best to check that children’s faces are clean and hair tidy. We also understand that accidents happen. Light retouching is available for a small fee. Examples of light retouching includes small scratches, bug bites, some bruises and sometimes stray hairs. Please reach out to ensure that the retouching is possible before adding that service to your cart.

Orders made prior to the initial deadline will be dropped off at the school for pick up. Orders will be available approximately 3 weeks after the initial deadline. For example, if you placed your order October 15 and your school deadline is October 21, your order will arrive 3 weeks after October 21.

For clients who have chosen the option to have their order mailed directly to their home, orders will arrive approximately 2 weeks after the order is placed.

For orders placed prior to the first deadline, orders will be delivered to your school/homeroom teacher. 

Please note that pick up “at the studio” refers to the place where the photos were taken. In this case, the studio is your school. Unfortunately this wording cannot be changed.

Yes! At BDE Photography, we specialize in children’s portraits and offer sessions throughout the year at our studio. If you are interested in a future session, please send us an email and/or sign up for our newsletter!
